Coventry Careers Hub are organised through a collaborative effort between The Careers & Enterprise Company and Coventry City Council. Coventry Careers Hub operates within Coventry's Education Service and is delivered by ThinkHigher on behalf of the council. Being part of the University of Warwick allows us to work collaboratively with many colleagues working in Widening Participation to support schools and colleges and allows us to ensure our work is streamlined and supporting those who need it the most. This role will require a enhanced DBS check with child’s barred list.

The successful candidate will take a fast-paced approach to taking on and delivering new programmes and projects. They will have an understanding of the Careers Education landscape in England and be keen to strive to help and support colleagues working in Careers based roles at Schools and Colleges across Coventry. The successful candidate will communicate with a range of different stakeholders with ease and be comfortable and confident delivering presentations to a range of individuals about our work. They will take pride in project management, regularly monitoring the success of our programmes and intervening when required to ensure projects are delivered to an excellent standard.
