Are you an experienced and proactive HR Data and Systems Manager?

About the role:

We’re seeking a HR Data and Systems Manager to join our team! This role will suit someone who is keen to be the key to success of delivering the strategic and operational demands of our HR Data and Systems Team.

In this role, you will:

  • Drive your team to exceed performance targets and support our strategic vision.
  • Align cutting-edge data initiatives with our business objectives, ensuring every project contributes to our overall success.
  • Guarantee compliance with all statutory reporting requirements, maintaining our commitment to transparency and accountability.
  • Cultivate a culture of collaboration across teams and departments, maximising the effective use of data and system functionality throughout the organisation.
  • Bring a genuine passion for innovation, continually seeking out creative ways to enhance processes and boost efficiency.
  • Identify and seize opportunities to leverage technology, propelling improvements and advancements within the organisation.

This is an exciting time to be joining the HR Data & Systems team. You will join a dynamic team of skilled data and system specialists.

For this role, you will be required to be on site at least 3 days a week. Although we can accommodate hybrid working, flexibility to be on-site will be expected depending on business needs.

About you

We are looking for someone who has the following experience in:

  • System Implementation.
  • Building and optimising data sets.
  • Design and exploitation of substantial databases.
  • Project Management methodologies and approaches.
  • Practical experience of SQL/VBA scripting.
