About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the ITS Division at the University of Sussex and become an essential part of a team driving the University’s most exciting and impactful initiatives. As the Senior Developer for the Application and Dynamics CRM function, you will lead a small development team and spearhead the development on the University’s CRM systems. In this pivotal role, you will oversee improvements to existing CRM tools based on Microsoft Dynamics and and drive the success of future CRM projects. You will be instrumental in both the day-to-day support functions and dynamic project work within Sussex Projects.
Working closely with the business, you will ensure a thorough understanding of issues and requirements, fostering strong communication and collaboration. You will engage in activities that involve identifying, designing, building, installing, integrating, testing, debugging, and adding new features to our software systems and components.
Your leadership will be crucial in building and supporting your team, developing their technical expertise and maximising their output, and delivering excellent service to our customers.
About you
We are looking for an experienced Senior Developer with a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics CRM to lead our development team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in both hands-on development and team leadership, with a deep understanding of the Microsoft Dynamics suite of applications, particularly CRM.
