We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as Programme Administrator (Assessment) to support all years of our MBBS programme, within the Imperial College School of Medicine.
Duties and responsibilities
As a Programme Administrator (Assessment), you will primarily provide administrative support to the Programme Manager (Assessment), and the three Programme Officers responsible for delivering MBBS assessments. You will support the operational team delivering these assessments, managing the shared Exams inbox, recruiting casual exam staff, producing assessment materials, assisting with the production and maintenance of assessment spreadsheets (e.g. for results and marking), and any other tasks deemed reasonable in order to support the effective delivery of assessments.
This is an exciting, varied role which provides an opportunity to work with colleagues from across the College.

This is a full time and open-ended role, based at the Charing Cross Campus.

Hybrid working may be considered for this role. Staff working in roles that are suitable for hybrid working will normally be expected to work 60% of their time onsite. The opportunity for hybrid working will be discussed at interview.
