The role
An exciting opportunity to work as part of the Pro Vice-Chancellor Global Engagement and Deputy Vice-Chancellor teams providing administrative and executive support.
This is a part-time maternity cover position working 2.5 days a week for 12 months. The successful candidate will be required to be in the office 2 days and a half day working from home.
What will you be doing?
Working as part of a small team, you will be supporting the Pro Vice-Chancellor Global Engagement and Deputy Vice-Chancellor teams to work effectively and efficiently.
You will be responsible for managing shared mailboxes and complex diaries, booking travel, accommodation, meeting rooms and venues, maintaining SharePoint sites, organising meeting papers and performing standard tasks on University systems.
