We are dedicated to empowering learners with essential digital skills, preparing them for the modern workforce. Our Adult Curriculum (ACADS) department is seeking enthusiastic and innovative individuals to join our team and contribute to the success of our programmes.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Teaching and Programme Leadership:

  • Deliver engaging and high-quality lessons across a range of Digital Skills programmes.
  • Act as a Programme Tutor, providing academic guidance and support to students.
  • Lead and contribute to the development of curriculum content and teaching materials.

Student Assessment and Progress Monitoring:

  • Implement effective assessment methods to monitor student progress.
  • Record and report on learner activity, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Analyse key performance indicators and use data to set targets and improve standards.

Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Handle admissions, timetabling, and examinations efficiently.
  • Manage student attendance, progress assessments, and quality assurance processes.
  • Maintain course quality files and internal quality assurance (IQA) documentation.
