Our newly formed Admissions and Enquiries team at DN Colleges Group is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Admissions Administrator to lead and support our admissions processes for Further Education (FE) students and assist with Higher Education (HE) admissions.

About the Role:

As an Admissions Administrator, you will be at the heart of our admissions office, playing a pivotal role in ensuring a smooth and efficient admissions process. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading Enquiries and Admissions: Managing the enquiries and admissions processes and systems for FE students, and providing essential support for HE admissions.
  • Administrative Excellence: Handling various administrative tasks to facilitate the smooth operation of the admissions process, ensuring all applicant records are maintained and updated accurately.
  • Collaboration: Liaising closely with the Enrolment and Data team to ensure a seamless transition from applicant to enrolled student.
  • Customer Service: Offering exceptional customer service to students, staff, and other service users.
