An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the City, Culture & Public Engagement department.
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, engaging and organised individual to support the management of the University of Sheffield Player website, which is a crucial platform enabling us to maximize the reach and impact of our research You will be friendly, knowledgeable, hard-working and professional, and have an interest in the areas of online engagement by a range of audiences (for example, the general public, practitioners and partners) and how to enhance user experiences.
The Digital Engagement Officer will report to the Public Engagement Officer and will work across the wider team in City, Culture & Public Engagement to support the delivery of key strands of activity within the team’s broader remit bringing together the synergies of the whole team. This approach is detailed in the City, Culture and Public Engagement Action Framework, which is informed by the University’s 2020-2027 Vision and Strategic Plan - specifically the South Yorkshire priority within the Innovation Pillar and the Made Together programme.
