Annual Leave: 25 days plus standard public holidays and an additional 4 days including the closure of our office between Christmas and New Year
Location: MacLaurin Building, Hatfield
Main duties and responsibilities
To manage the day-to-day activities of the University’s social media channels – currently (but not limited to) Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn, Tik Tok and Instagram. You will be required to create, edit and schedule relevant, interesting and engaging organic content for a wide variety of audiences that visit the University’s social media channels. It will also be your responsibility to monitor inbound social media enquiries and ensure all interactions with the University online are positive and helpful.
Skill and experience required
Experience using both social media scheduling and social media listening tools such as Hootsuite. Strong editing and writing skills that can be applied to each social media platform. A creative eye for content and experience of producing content that has demonstrated an increase in engagement. Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Excellent communication skills for handling community management.
