We are looking for a motivated Accounting Intern with a solid understanding of accounting principles and terms who is ready for a real-world work experience!
This internship will provide a varied, busy, and valued role for you and the Finance & Procurement Office.
About the role
Working as part of the Financial Accounts team, you will gain experience of bookkeeping, general accounting activities, indirect tax and working with an accounting software. You will also support the wider work of the University’s Finance & Procurement Office gaining a breadth of work experience through a series of short placements with other Financial Operations teams, including:
About you
This role would suit a finance or accountancy graduate or someone who has completed at least Level 3 of the AAT professional qualification who is seeking an opportunity to gain practical accountancy work experience to build their CV. The role is designed to be an active and integral part of the team, with specific responsibilities for delivery.
