We are looking for an experienced professional individual to develop and manage relationships with global employers to ensure that CJBS is on their target list and deliver customised recruitment services. The role holder will develop new relationships with postgraduate employers of CJBS students, manage the provision of a comprehensive range of recruitment services and activities and events.
We are looking for an individual who has a good understanding of the graduate business school competitive environment and its premium fee employment market and challenges. You will have business development experience and able to build strong, sustainable relationships from scratch. You will also have an appreciation of the expectations and demands of careers provision and employment by premium fee students. Intellectual and personal self-confidence to manage the wide range of stakeholders is a pre-requisite for this role.
