A great opportunity for a Senior Group Exercise and Class Instructor to join Surrey Sports Park’s Sport & Fitness Delivery Team.
You’ll be ensuring the delivery of high-quality fitness activities and guest service, helping to improve members’ experience by leading and organising group and individual exercise programmes, as well as providing advice on nutrition and lifestyle changes.

The role
You will oversee and support the delivery of high-quality fitness activities both in the gym and studios, whilst maintaining a high level of customer service.
You’ll also manage the class timetable, recruitment and management of the class instructors, instructor CPD and team training activities, and will also be expected to lead from the front, delivering classes as required.
The key to success will be delivering a high-quality group fitness programme, adjusting the regular timetable as per current industry trends and user feedback and attendance.
