  • Academic Misconduct: Manage cases of suspected academic misconduct in collaboration with the Academic Standards Team, Programme Leaders, and Academic Managers at each campus.
  • Student Support Guidance: Provide overarching support and guidance to students, addressing queries relevant to learning and teaching across all campuses.
  • Engagement Monitoring: Monitor student engagement and participation, liaising with relevant colleagues as appropriate, and fostering "co-elevation" in student engagement strategies.

Key Performance Measures

  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on the performance of learning and teaching initiatives across diverse student demographics and all campuses.
  • Feedback Utilisation: Ensure high response rates to student feedback mechanisms, including mid-module/end-of-semester surveys, and implement feedback to promote a “model for educational gain.”
  • Continuous Improvement: Enhance the quality of teaching, assessment, and feedback based on student perceptions and institutional targets, ensuring consistent application across campuses.
  • Outcome Tracking: Track and report on student outcomes, striving to exceed performance thresholds set by OfS and other regulatory bodies, and ensure outcomes are met across all campuses.
