If you are inquisitive, enjoy working with large data sets and have a keen attention to detail, this is an exciting opportunity for you to apply these skills. You will be joining the Data Management Team, who are responsible for 350 000+ records for alumni, volunteers and donors to the university.

As Data Management Officer you will:

  • Select and prepare data for email communications
  • Acquire, manipulate, and import information to keep records up to date
  • Develop and manage processes to improve data quantity, quality and insight

A standard working week will include 2 days on campus, with the option to work from home, or campus, on the remaining days.

This role is available on a permanent basis. Hours of work are full-time (36.25 hours); however applications are also welcome from candidates wishing to work part-time (minimum 21.75 hours per week). About the Campaign & Alumni Relations Office (CARO):

CARO is responsible for generating and coordinating philanthropic and volunteering support for the future development and success of the University.

We bring our global alumni community together through our alumni programme `Connected we Thrive' which provides relevant, beneficial and engaging activities and communications through which alumni can gain professional skills and insights or find personal motivation and inspiration. 

Through this activity we build a pool of engaged alumni, willing to advocate for the University, give their time to benefit students, staff or other alumni, or donate financially to support the student experience and world changing research.
