About the Role
Applications are invited for a Clinical Lecturer in Oral Surgery in the Centre for Teaching and Innovation. This post would be ideally suited to an experienced dental practitioner with an interest in the education of dental students. A major aspect of the post is to provide clinical teaching and support for the training of BDS undergraduates and DCP students providing oral surgery treatment.
About You
You should have a PhD in Oral Surgery, and / or relevant professional qualification and / or equivalent professional experience and experience in teaching at undergraduate or postgraduate level. Demonstrable experience in providing a range of clinical procedures within Oral Surgery is also essential.

The post is based at the Whitechapel Campus in London. It is part time (7 hours per week) Thursday, fixed term appointment for 1 year (maternity cover), with an expected start date of September 2024. The starting salary will be on the Pre-2009 Clinical Lecturer Scale, in the range of £38,619 - £70,769 per annum (pro-rata), inclusive of London Allowance.
