About the Role
The L&D Assistant supports the Learning and Development Business Partner in delivering high-quality learning and development services. This role involves administrative support, data entry, communication with staff and managers, and continuous improvement of L&D processes.
This will involve working with HR and L&D systems, and providing staff and managers with information and guidance on statutory requirements, HR policies, procedures and practices and identify and implement improvements to current working methods.
