The role is an exciting opportunity to join the academic team at Harper & Keele Vet School where you will teach into a range of topics relevant to veterinary science, depending on experience and skill set. Post holders will have the opportunity to develop a broad academic skill set feeding into key modules within the programme. This will be supported by experienced academic staff and peer observation schemes. Post holders will be expected to develop and deliver teaching and assessment, including a wide range of topics and modalities. Post holders will partake in pedagogical scholarship, and complete formal training in higher education.
You will have qualifications in a relevant degree within the Biological /Animal/Veterinary Sciences field and be either a veterinary surgeon or scientist. You will have experience of working with other professional or academic disciplines and of supporting students or equivalent. You will have excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
