As part of the Marketing team you will play a key role in helping maintain Sussex’s reputation as a world-class, innovative institution striving for a better world.
The University of Sussex is seeking an Apprenticeship Marketing Manager to provide strategic direction and implementation of our Apprenticeship offering with a focus on B2B marketing. The postholder will work in conjunction with the Apprenticeships Hub which sits in the Division of Operations and Strategic Planning, and with relevant academic schools, providing expert advice guidance and support, identifying ways to promote our Apprenticeship programmes.
We are looking for a team player with strategic marketing and communications experience, and excellent stakeholder management skills. You will have a strong digital marketing background and take a customer journey focused approach to B2B marketing, whilst not essential, some experience of Apprenticeship programmes would be helpful.
Key working relationships include:
Director of Operations and Strategic Planning, Associate Director of Strategic Marketing, Marketing Managers, Senior Manager of Apprenticeship Services, Academic Heads of School and Academic staff working on Apprentichips Programmes as well as key working relationships with the Digital and Creative Team.
The Marketing Team is comprised of 23 staff with expertise in CRM, Market Research, Digital and Brand Marketing and Marketing planning and delivery.
