About you ….
To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate a great level of experience in delivering complex transformational projects to time, budget and customer satisfaction. You will count stakeholder management as one of your strengths, presenting confidently and adapting your communication style to your audience. You will have experience in managing User Acceptance testing, user training and service transition at a large scale. The transition of complex projects into operational teams will be second nature to you. In situations of potential conflict, you will seek win-win situations with the best for the institution in mind. You will be keen to stay updated with evolving industry trends, and best practices You will be adaptable to changing environments and have an eagerness to incorporate new methodologies for improved project outcomes
