The Role:
We’re looking for a committed, experienced and inspiring leader with high expectations and ambition for learners across a range of foundation level courses. You will be highly motivated with a strong track record of inspiring foundation learners to achieve their full potential.
Able to develop and implement innovative teaching, learning and assessment methods you will be a positive role model and strive to lead by example.
You will be responsible for the leadership and management of staff within the Faculty including recruitment, induction, appraisals and performance management.
Using your leadership skills, you will develop and support an existing great team to further deliver excellence in teaching, improving learner outcomes and engaging with employers and other stakeholders to develop the curriculum and delivery models.
This Head of Faculty will develop our Entry Level provision. We have already started implementing the Below Level 2 Reforms and you will drive this work forward maximising progression opportunities for our learners.
