Administrator – Small Business Leadership Programme

This part-time (0.6 FTE) post is available immediately on a fixed term basis until 31st March 2025.    

Summary of the role/position 
We need a proactive team member within Exeter Innovation to provide administrative and financial support to a University of Exeter Business School's Small Business Leadership Programme.  

You will work within the University of Exeter Business School’s Professional Education Team in support of the Impact and Partnership Development Officer for the programme and academic leads to provide effective programme co-ordination and cohort management, leading to successful delivery of the programme. 

This is a hybrid post which can be either Exeter or Penryn based. Travel to both campuses may be required. 

Key responsibilities: 

• Deliver administrative and financial support of a Small Business Leadership Programme, working with the wider Professional Education Team and academic leads to ensure a great customer experience and client satisfaction. 

• Provide frontline administrative support to the Impact and Partnership Development Officer in delivering co-ordination and cohort management.  Including creating and supporting systems and processes to ensure effective programming, participant on-boarding, programme management, reporting and feedback. 

• Provide support to University of Exeter external relationships, including Chartered Association of Business Schools, liaising directly with stakeholders and prospective participants as/when required.
