The role
The International Office is looking to appoint an enthusiastic individual to provide essential office management assistance within the office management team. This role is full time, with hybrid working (at least 40% based in-person and on-campus), 09:00-17:00 M-F.
This role will be working within a fast-paced environment with established procedures with minimum supervision whilst providing very high-quality customer service to visitors, students and/or staff.
What will you be doing?
The post-holder will be the primary contact for face-to-face, telephone and email enquiries received by the International Office and will work closely with the Office Manager as well as provide administrative support to the Director International, the five Teams across the International Office including the Overseas Offices (and occasionally across the Division and University).
The post holder will support the development and delivery of the International Office’s objectives and administratively support the work of the various projects and activities.

To succeed in this role, it is advantageous to have a good understanding and experience of dealing with people from different cultural backgrounds. Having a track record of high-quality customer service is desirable.
Previous experience of working in a customer-focused administrative or international role as well as having experience of administrative work within the Higher Education sector is desirable.
