Saïd Business School, Park End Street, Oxford and Egrove Park, Kennington
- Partner in developing strategic planning and leading the implementation of strategic priorities for Teaching and Learning Enhancement.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders, including Deputy Deans and Programme Directors, to identify and address priorities for teaching enhancement.
- Act as a specialist advisor on curriculum and assessment structure for programme design and delivery.
- Lead the development and delivery of faculty inductions, bespoke development plans, peer observation, mentor schemes and other teaching development activities.
- Engage with the University’s Centre for Teaching and Learning and the wider collegiate university to enhance educational provision.
