We have an opportunity to join the team at Glen Eyre Halls as a Weekend Post Room Assistant. The successful candidate will deliver a high quality and professional customer service to everyone who interacts with our Post Room service. You will log deliveries onto and out of our postal booking-in system. This involves one-to-one interaction with students and couriers. You will also form part of the Residential Services team where you will answer customer queries over the phone and in an online environment via a chat service and email.
Successful candidates will be entitled to 20 days annual leave per year plus University Closure Days (pro-rated for part time staff), a contributory pension scheme and a structured training programme.
The following shift patterns are available:
Saturday – Sunday 09.00 – 15.00 / 14:00 - 20.00.
This post is offered on a part time 12 hours per week, permanent contract.
