Fixed-term contract for 12 months, maternity cover, full time

Join one of the UK's foremost providers of conference, meeting and event services, boasting two exceptional venues. From our central Oxford location to our serene rural setting at Egrove Park, we offer an array of lecture theatres, classrooms and seminar rooms tailored to diverse needs. As the Conference and Events Sales Coordinator, you will spearhead the development and coordination of conference, executive education and internal business across our Park End Street and Egrove Park sites. From sourcing new business to ensuring seamless event execution, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining our reputation for excellence. 

Key responsibilities:
  • Sales and Marketing: Drive revenue by selling and marketing our venues to corporate, agency, association, academic and training clients.
  • Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring high levels of repeat business through personalised service and attention to detail.
  • Executive Education and Internal Booking Enquiries: Responsively address executive education and internal booking inquiries, matching resources to requirements and providing timely responses.
  • Event Coordination: Oversee event logistics, ensuring all arrangements are in place and swiftly addressing any unexpected issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Booking System Management: Maintain and update our booking system, generating monthly KPI reports to measure business performance.
You should have significant sales experience with demonstrated negotiation skills and commercial acumen. Additionally, you must have a proven track record of delivering high-quality service in a corporate environment, including VIP clientele.
