In this dynamic role, you’ll work closely with the Learning & Skills Manager (LSM) for Adults, supporting the development of new programmes and student recruitment. Central to the role is liaising with employers and other stakeholders to create innovative provisions and overseeing their set-up, management, monitoring, and progress reporting. You will manage a team of Workplace and Community Officers and Coordinators, ensuring high standards and effective operations.
