The role
The University of Bristol (UoB) has recently approved the outsourcing of its international conversion activities to an external supplier and this post holder will provide operational and administrative support to the International Conversion Officer and the Deputy Head, International Recruitment (Recruitment Conversion), to ensure the successful delivery of the University’s international student recruitment strategy.
They will be expected to assist in the delivery of a carefully planned programme of conversion activities, in conjunction with the delivery teams of the external supplier and internal teams at UoB, for prospective international enquirers, applicants and offer holders, ensuring they receive the best possible level of customer service and a coordinated and timely flow of communication.
What will you be doing?
This post holder will support the International Recruitment Team and the University’s Faculties and Schools in the delivery of its international conversion activities, by undertaking any administrative tasks related to the successful delivery of the University’s international conversion objectives, as directed by the Deputy Head, International (Conversion). Examples tasks include collating and writing email copy, arranging and managing virtual events, designing branded email assets, reviewing conversion activity impact.
