We are seeking a motivated Recruitment Manager to join our prestigious School. The successful candidate will be instrumental in fostering and maintaining relationships with faculty, programme directors and administrators, ensuring a strong pipeline of high-calibre applicants for our executive diplomas and master’s programmes. The Recruitment Manager will also play a crucial role in maintaining alumni connections and procuring at least £5 million in annual income.
Key responsibilities
Prepare and manage business plans for programmes in collaboration with the marketing department, overseeing and managing business plan budgets.
Maintain strong working relationships with faculty, programme directors, administrators and corporate sponsors to attract high-quality individuals and ensure a steady applicant pipeline.
Oversee recruitment activities of a cross-functional team and directly manage one Business Development Executive.
Develop new corporate contracts, oversee corporate sponsor contracts and scholarships, and contribute to the annual Business School rankings exercise.
Maintain market expertise to ensure competitiveness of the School’s part-time qualifications.
You will have a proven track record of success in customer-facing roles, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with senior individuals. You should have experience thriving in a target-driven environment, showcasing innovation to achieve objectives. Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential, along with experience in writing and presenting proposals.
