About this role – UWE Bristol is an established provider of Higher and Degree-level apprenticeships. We hold a Grade 2 (Good) Ofsted rating and were ranked a ‘Best 50’ Training Provider by RateMyApprenticeship in 2022/23.
UWE’s Apprenticeship Hub is a team of sector professionals who support the quality and compliance of UWE’s apprenticeship programmes, ensuring that employers, apprentices, and stakeholders receive excellent service and that programmes meet regulatory standards. We are a close-knit team with a strong commitment to collaboration, support, and colleague development.
As Apprenticeship Hub officer, you will support the University to maintain excellent compliance with the Education & Skills Funding Agency's funding rules for apprenticeships.
About you - You will be able to demonstrate a good working knowledge of Apprenticeship regulations and procedures, particularly around funding and compliance, and be keen to develop and share your knowledge. The Apprenticeship Hub works with a wide range of services and departments within the university as well as with external stakeholders, so effective communication and teamwork are vital for this role. The university particularly welcomes applicants who are familiar with Apprenticeship finance processes.
