- THE ROLE -

To develop research and teaching that is complementary to the activities in the Belfast School of Architecture and the Built Environment related to Building Surveying. The post-holder is expected to provide teaching and module management at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels whilst developing a research portfolio commensurate with inclusion in future research excellence frameworks.

The post-holder is expected to contribute to the development of a new built environment academic programme including continuous quality review and improvement of learning, teaching and research that contributes to the delivery of the Ulster University Strategic Plan.
 
They will be assigned to a research centre cognisant with their specialist knowledge and research.
 
- ABOUT YOU -

- Have an honours degree in Building Surveying or a cognate discipline.
- Hold membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS)
- Have evidence of the ability to plan work schedules and meet time critical deadlines.
