If you have a strong administrative experience with a broad understanding of the routine activities required to ensure the smooth and efficient administration of our Facilities Management section and you are looking for a part time role, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Supporting our team, you will provide comprehensive end to end administration support and manage, maintain, and manipulate data for a range of our processes and systems.
As Administrator you can expect to be involved in:
Providing support in the organisation of meetings, events and committees ensuring they are run efficiently with timely minutes being produced and that outcomes/decisions are passed on for action
Acting as the point of contact for staff and visitors, particularly contractors, to the department providing a courteous and effective service
Using specific tailored databases from third parties to provide data analysis and production of reports
Working proactively to deliver assigned tasks without prompting.
What will you bring to the role?
Educated to GCSE English and Maths grade C/4 or equivalent
Good IT skills, particularly MS Office packages
Previous experience in an administrative role
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to deal pleasantly, confidently and effectively with customers and colleagues.
