The Operations Department at the RNCM welcomes applications for the role of Estates Compliance Manager.
As a key member of our management team, the Compliance Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures across the RNCM Estate. The successful candidate will have a strong background in compliance and regulatory affairs, with expertise in the identification and mitigation of institutional risk. The role will involve conducting regular compliance audits, monitoring regulatory changes, and ensuring that all Estates activities are in line with relevant statutory requirements.
We are looking for applicants that are enthusiastic about developing our compliance framework and who demonstrate strong leadership and communication abilities, as well as the expertise to progress ideas and concepts in a collaborative manner.
