Estates Administrator

The Operations Department at the RNCM welcomes applications for the role of Estates Administrator.

In this critical support role, the Estates Administrator will be responsible for providing a high-quality administrative service to the Estates function with a particular focus provided to compliance. This will include dealing with first-line enquiries, processing orders and invoices, arranging meetings and minute taking, records management and general administrative support.

Under the direction of the Estates Compliance Manager, the role holder will assist in the smooth running of the Estates function and will be the first point of contact within the department for all Estates-related queries. The Estates Administrator will also work closely with the Head of Environment and Facilities and the Maintenance Manager to support the College's planned preventative and reactive maintenance programmes.
