The opportunity
We are excited to announce a vacancy for a Senior IT Support Analyst within our Digital & Technology team at University of the Arts London.
Based at Lime Grove with occasional travel to other UAL sites, this role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced IT support professional to advance their career in a large enterprise environment. Our IT Support Services team is responsible for providing 2nd line desktop support to staff and students across UAL campuses.
You will get the opportunity to work with colleagues across Digital & Technology, including on key projects such as deployments or installations, as well as providing a high level of ongoing 2nd line support.
