An amazing opportunity has arisen to join our Lodge team as an experienced Part-Time Day Porter as part of a job share. A typical shift pattern is 4 shifts working 13:30 – 21:00 (including a 30-minute unpaid break), followed by 8 days off.

This is a public-facing role providing a friendly yet professional welcome to all guests and visitors. The delivery of exemplary customer service is paramount to creating a positive impression, and to the successful operation of an efficient, safe and effective lodge reception. The Lodge is open round the clock, 365 days a year.

The Lodge Receptionist will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Lodge and fulfilling daily tasks as per departmental procedures.

The successful candidate will have previous experience working in a customer service focused role in a similar environment. Have good written and verbal communication skills, be IT literate and able to prioritise a varied workload and remain calm and polite in what can sometimes be a high-pressure environment.
