About the Role
We are seeking to appoint a Lecturer/Senior Lecturer in Animal Biology with knowledge and ability to deliver animal biology topics such as anatomy and physiology to a range of students. You'll have detailed knowledge and expertise in animal reproduction, breeding and genetics; experience of working in a related industry would be desirable but not essential.
You will be passionate about teaching, possessing excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver high quality teaching and learning to both undergraduate and postgraduate students. You will be devising innovative teaching and assessments, seminars and tutorials and you will supervise UG and PG students in their research projects.
You will have experience in the HE sector and demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate ideas of a complex or technical nature to students effectively using a variety of teaching methods.
