The Inclusive Design Manager is a key figure in the AMR-X Programme, championing the integration of human-centred and inclusive design principles to create solutions that are accessible, usable and beneficial to all stakeholders. This role focuses on ensuring that all aspects of the programme and its deliverables are designed with inclusivity in mind, considering diverse and extreme patient populations, healthcare providers and stakeholders. You will collaborate closely with other team members, stakeholders and external partners to create a progressive culture of AMR stewardship.
AMR-X is a collaborative action research network focused on antimicrobial optimisation for use in humans underpinned by the values of equity, public/practitioner co-production, training, capacity, capabilities strengthening and implementation. Its vision is a world where health informatics can facilitate the appropriate, evidence-based use of antibiotics.
This ambitious programme of work will be delivered across Liverpool over the next 2 years. It will have wide reaching benefits for the City Region whilst raising the profile of all partners as global leaders in digital health innovation and novel approaches to combatting antibiotic resistance. The team are now looking for an experienced and well-organised individual who can lead development of accessible and user-friendly products, services, or experiences in local healthcare, in an open, collaborative environment that respects the governance and requirements of the data owners and subjects.
The post will be for 24-months initially, with the vision for continuation based on funding.
