About the role
Applications are invited for a change manager to join the Project Delivery Team in Education Services on a fixed term basis, to cover a secondment. Education Services is part of the University's professional services and provides support to students and staff across the University and Colleges. The role would be suitable for a secondment for applicants within the university.
In this role you'll work across the whole range of projects in which the team is involved, providing change management, communications expertise, advice and support to colleagues at all stages of a project lifecycle. Each project will have different change and comms requirements, and you will work with your colleagues and with stakeholders across the Collegiate University to design and deliver effective solutions that promote meaningful change and information dissemination.
You will also work more broadly with the Team lead to develop and implement an overarching change management framework for Education Services.
Fixed-term: The funds for this post are available until 31 December 2025 in the first instance.
About the team
The Project Delivery team is a small group of project managers who deliver, or support the delivery, of a range of transformational projects across Education Services in areas such as assessment, admissions and student finances. Projects can range from small, simple enhancements to major change initiatives involving multiple stakeholders across and beyond the University.
About you
You will have excellent organisational, change management and communication skills, and be able to manage your own workload. You will have experience of change and communications management approaches and delivery, from direct experience and/or through a relevant qualification. You will be a collaborative team-player.
