This post is full time and fixed term until 31 July 2025 with the possibility of extension depending on funding.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager who will play a key role in coordinating and supporting activities for the Relationships in Good Hands Trial (RIGHT) and "Partnership for Change" projects, working with Professor Helen Minnis.
RIGHT is a randomised controlled trial of the clinical and cost-effectiveness of Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy for abused and neglected young children with maltreatment-associated problems and their parents. Partnership for Change is a randomised controlled trial, co-produced with parent collaborators with lived experience, that aims to develop, in collaboration with the NSPCC an infant and parent mental health support for families with children with family support services.
The post holder will be responsible for ensuring that the research protocols and regulatory requirements are followed, and that the wellbeing of study participants is safeguarded, and is conducted within the conditions approved by relevant NHS Research Ethics and Management Committees.
They will also serve as a key administrative liaison for these projects at the Glasgow site, and work alongside the study lead scientists to support the process of research finding publications which are likely to contribute to the formulation of policy, to improve the quality and effectiveness of service provision.
You will be the main point of contact and support for the research team, working with other partners and stakeholders to ensure that effective communication takes place and a seamless research management support service is delivered.
