Are you an experienced Administrator looking for a new challenge? Do you want to come to work each day knowing you are playing your part in groundbreaking cancer research? Join our friendly team in the Department of Oncology, based at the UK's only Institute dedicated to Early Cancer. We're eagerly searching for a Postgraduate Administrator to support our students and their supervisors.

As Postgraduate Administrator you will coordinate all elements of postgraduate administration for the Department, providing a complete 'cradle to grave' service for our postgraduate students from initial enquiries, admissions and funding applications, through to monitoring reports and degree awards. You will be part of a supportive professional services team and will need to liaise closely with students and staff in the department, as well as the Clinical School and wider University.

We are looking for a pro-active individual with a positive, professional manner who enjoys working as part of a team. You will demonstrate excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with people from a variety of backgrounds. You will be able to multi-task, prioritise efficiently and have good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Previous experience of working with students would be highly advantageous.
