Wrexham University seeks to appoint a 0.5 fte Senior Lecturer in Civil Engineering to join the existing team in the delivery of undergraduate Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying and Architectural Design Technology programmes currently delivered on site at Wrexham Plas Coch campus.
The successful candidate will be a chartered engineer and a corporate member of a professional body recognised by the Joint Board of Moderators, and will possess relevant industrial experience in the design, management and supervision of civil engineering projects.
Candidates will be expected to possess or be willing to work towards the attainment of a PG Certificate in Teaching in HE, and the ability to communicate in Welsh is desirable. Candidates will also be expected either to possess or to be prepared to work towards an earned PhD in a context appropriate to the Built Environment subject area.
