Join our Student Systems and Records team and play a key role overseeing the technical support provided to users of our student records systems (SITS).
The Role
As Student Records Support Manager you will be responsible for managing a team of administrators who provide systems support to users of the UAL student system (SITS) and its associated applications.
The team is responsible for assisting with the administration that underpins the student lifecycle and overseeing the correct and efficient use of systems and investigating technical issues.
