Applications are invited from suitably qualified persons for the position of Snr AI Architect in the CeADAR Connect Group (CCG) at CeADAR – Ireland’s Centre for Applied Artificial Intelligence (CeADAR). CeADAR is partly funded by Enterprise Ireland and the IDA and is the national centre for applied artificial intelligence. Its market-focused agenda is developed in conjunction with its strong membership base of over 90 MNCs and SMEs. See www.ceadar.ie for further details.
The selected candidate will join CeADAR Connect Group as a data scientist and work with CeADAR member companies to propose, develop, and deliver AI/ML solutions. The candidate will actively work on the development and delivery of CeADAR’s AI NewsHub (https://ainewshub.ie) and collaborate with stakeholders in EU and US to lead and deliver technical solutions.
Serving as a “connection between CeADAR and industry clients and members” and engaging with a range of industry verticals, the CeADAR Connect group delivers AI/ML-focused R&D and technology solutions to clients. This is an opportunity to work on a number of diverse and exciting projects in the area of data science and use this learning to develop state-of-the-art applied AI solutions.
CeADAR is hosted in UCD and is based off-campus in Belfield Office Park. The team conducts applied research in AI and analytics and develops applications in cooperation with our industry partners. The applied research at CeADAR covers broad aspects of AI and data analytics including real-time analytics, machine learning, prediction, natural language processing, and computer vision. This is a unique opportunity to work on a range of advanced AI projects in collaboration with industry partners and other applied researchers at the cutting edge of the ’recently possible’. This is also an exciting opportunity to be involved in the training of a strategic and nationally important area of AI and Analytics.
Salary range: €66,000 - €70,000 per annum
Appointment on the above range will be dependent upon qualifications and experience.
