Working with the people of Liverpool to improve lives and support communities is at the heart of why we were founded and why we exist today.

The School of Sport and Exercise Sciences has a national and international reputation for providing world-leading education and training in Sport and Exercise Psychology. We are now looking for a Lecturer or Senior Lecturer in Sport and Exercise Psychology to join our esteemed faculty.

You will contribute to the academic work of the School across undergraduate and postgraduate levels, within the discipline of Sport and Exercise Psychology. Contribution to broader School strategic agendas, including recruitment and outreach activity, will be required as necessary.

The School will expect you to engage in research and scholarly activity in your area of expertise, in order to extend high-quality research outputs and improve our impact on the Sport and Exercise Psychology discipline. You will work collaboratively with academics in psychology-oriented research groups and exchanges within the Research Institute for Sport and Exercise Sciences. This is an exciting time to join the university as we deliver the LJMU Strategy 2030 and its vision of LJMU as an inclusive civic university transforming lives and futures, by placing students at the heart of everything we do.

If you feel that this is the role you have been looking for and your skills and experience can make a real difference at LJMU, we look forward to hearing from you.
