The Chester Medical School (CMS) at the University of Chester delivers a range of undergraduate and postgraduate courses in clinical and biomedical sciences with a new MBChB Programme commencing in 2024. Due to a recent re-structuring process in the Medical School, we are seeking a suitably experienced Head of Division, Medical Sciences, to join the senior team at CMS and take a leadership role for the biomedical science programmes including line managing staff who work in those programmes. This is a permanent role, designed to work in collaboration with the Head of Division, Applied Medicine.
Your duties will include:
You will be an experienced senior academic who has relevant previous HE programme management and educational leadership experience, along with supporting students and colleagues in education and research activities.
