What you’ll do
An opportunity is available for an experienced administrator to become part of the college’s friendly and professional executive support team. You will work to the Vice Principals for Improvement and Innovation and Curriculum and Support, providing them with proactive, flexible, and responsive support. You will manage diaries, arrange meetings and events, create presentations and other resources, and perform other administrative duties as required within the team.
Executive Coordinators are key to the smooth and efficient operation of the Executive Team and provide a personal administrative and organisational support service, liaising with other colleagues from across the college to ensure consistency, pace and momentum are maintained.
