We are looking for a Quality Reporting and Systems Lead to design, deliver, and continually enhance the tools and insights that drive rapid quality improvement across the College.You will collaborate with Curriculum Area Managers, Heads of Faculty, Assistant Principal’s, Apprenticeship Managers, the Systems Development team, and MIS to ensure our dashboards, reporting platforms, and quality systems are robust, intuitive, and action focused.

Who We Need
An experienced professional who can lead the development and effective use of performance reporting and quality systems across FE, HE, and Apprenticeships.You will combine technical knowhow (dashboards, reporting, ALPs, Strata, TLA systems) with strong stakeholder engagement and training delivery, helping leaders and curriculum teams use data proactively to monitor performance and plan improvement.
