Faculty Position in Digital Marketing

Position: Assistant Professor/Associate Professor/Full Professor/Academic Leader of the Discipline at the Business School of Shenzhen Technology University 

Position Types: Full time, Onsite.

Academic Direction: Digital Marketing

Work Location: 3002 Lantian Road, Pingshan District, Shenzhen Guangdong, China 

Onboarding Time Requirement: Immediate Availability Preferred 

Your Tasks / Responsibilities：

1. Make good use of program-related knowledge and expertise to carry out university teaching and practical project tasks.
2. Undertake duties assigned by the School with high performance in execution. 

Requirements：

Candidates should have a passion for education, an open-minded personality with the willingness to work together with companies and to do applied research.

1. PhD degree;
2. A high level of English language proficiency is required to undertake full English taught course(s);
3. Candidates must have a strong commitment to effective teaching, productive research, and quality services to the school, the university, and the society;
4. Candidates shall have the ability to work collaboratively, willing to work with colleagues to carry out the duties of school.
5. Working experience in companies/institutions/organizations outside of the campus is preferred.;
6. International working experiences and/or educational background are a must.
7. Immediate Availability Preferred.

Salary & Benefits:

1. The comprehensive annual salary is approximately RMB 370,000 for assistant professors, RMB 460,000 for associate professors, and RMB 540,000 for professors. Exceptionally outstanding candidates are eligible to be selected into our university's "Runyuan Outstanding Talents" Program and will receive additional position-based remuneration.
2. Individuals who meet the criteria may benefit from the personal income tax incentives offered within the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
3. The university provides accommodation with subsidized rent prices. Those eligible may also have access to expert housing support by Shenzhen Municipal government.
