CDCS Training Fellow - University of Edinburgh Careers
The Opportunity:
The CDCS Training Fellows will assist the Centre's team in our mission to grow capacity for data-driven and computational research across CAHSS. They will work closely with the Training Manager to develop the Centre's training programme, delivering a series of workshops and tutorials on areas of specific research methods expertise. They may also be involved in events and projects developed by the Centre, as appropriate.
The Edinburgh Centre for Data, Culture, & Society is an initiative based in the Innovation Services of the Edinburgh Future Institute as part of the Data-Led Methods and Research Technology Group. It provides a space for experimentation, innovation and skills development, and gives tailored support to research groups and projects. The Centre offers extensive training opportunities across a variety of applied digital research methods and work to showcase the potential of data-rich and applied digital research. This post will contribute to a growing programme of CDCS and Innovation Services activities and provides an exciting opportunity to shape training provision within that programme.
