This full-time post is available immediately on a permanent basis and offers the opportunity for hybrid working – some time on campus and some from home.

As the BTS Senior Systems Support you will be a key member of the Business Technology Services (BTS) leadership team, reporting to the Assistant Director of BTS.

BTS sits at the heart of IT Services and bridges the gap between IT and the business on matters relating to the provision and automation of critical business services. This currently includes Finance, HR, Planning and CRM systems.

The BTS roadmap is fully aligned with the University’s Strategy 2030 and as such the service catalogue is likely to expand with time.

This role will lead a small team of systems analysts and will provide support for the safe running of the university’s business critical services, ensuring they are supported and developed according to agreed roadmaps. Maintaining and developing the integrations between these systems is a central part of the role.
